Alli Weseman is an East Bay photographer who specializes in tattoos, social organizations, and community events. She earned her B.A. in Communication with an option in Media Production at California State University, East Bay. After taking a photojournalism class, she discovered her fascination for photojournalism. While in school, she worked as the photo editor for The Pioneer, a campus and community newspaper and covered events such as the Golden State Warriors Parade. She has traveled to Havana, Cuba and London, England where she produced two orginial photo essays on underground tattooing and a small business owner working in a large metropolitan city.
She has continued her visual study of tattoo culture in Oakland, CA and has also shot at events throughout the East Bay.
